Happy January, friends!!  Our kiddos head back to school tomorrow and I am just not ready. They aren”t either. We loved spending lots of extra time with family, friends, and the slow mornings were so nice.  It was such a great two-week break! ❤️

This is Young Livings amazing probiotic.  One of my favorite supplements!!  Probiotics keep your gut healthy.  Our gut health is linked to our immune system, skin health, and even mental health. Super important supplement for everyone to take daily.

Longevity (15-ml)

Taking one drop of Frankincense daily is extremely powerful!!  It supports healthy cellular function and normal cell duplication.  Antioxidants fight against free radicals.  Longevity combines Frankincense and the high-antioxidant oils of Orange, Thyme, and Clove.  Young Living also makes this in a capsule to take as a daily supplement. They have been out of stock for a while now, so with this oil we can put a few drops in a capsule and be set! Taking Longevity has been said to make your body go a long way! Longevity can also be applied topically to the skin for the antioxidants and Frankincense it contains.

PanAway (5-ml)

Getting back into your workout routine after the holidays will be easy with PanAway.  Apply to muscles that need some help in recovery.  The fresh scent of Wintergreen will have you back for day 2 with no problem!  🏋️‍♀️

This blend is such an attitude adjuster for everyone.  I can name 💯 scenarios where we use this oil.  Just anytime you feel like you can use an emotional shift to feelings of gratitude or thankfulness, or your kids are grouchy, fighting, or even just dealing with difficult people. This book was written by Mary Young as a tribute to her late husband, D. Gary Young.  It is a detailed book of his life and journey to the leader in the world of essential oils.  I am sure it will be an inspiring and encouraging story.  I cannot wait to read it!

Frankincense

Frankincense for FREE!!  🙌  A 15-ml bottle too!!  Love, love, love this oil.  We use it a lot this time of year for support in many areas.  I apply it topically and in epsom salt baths.  I have Frankincense on hand at all times!!

Myrrh

Another favorite for the skin and to deeply hydrate.  It is a thicker oil, but it smells great and love what it does for the skin.

Northern Lights Black Spruce

This oil includes the entire tree, needles to roots…so cool!! I love NLBS to help me in feeling grounded.  It is known for removing emotional blocks and helping big time from an emotional stand point. I love to put it on my wrists and in the diffuser.  Anyone who has this oil knows how good it is, right?!!  One of my all time favorites!!

Nutmeg Vitality

Vitality oils are perfect to have on hand to use in the kitchen.  Nutmeg is also a great oil to support your adrenals as we all know the holidays can be just as exhausting as they are fun.  Add a drop to your coffee or swipe inside the cheek for a little support and pick me up.
