Uses for Peppermint Essential Oil

Cool Down with Peppermint Essential Oil

Uses for Peppermint Essential Oil

Peppermint essential oil…for people who get HOT!   Apply a few drops (either neat or diluted) to the back of the neck.  Within a few seconds you will feel the cooling, tingling sensation on your skin.

Peppermint is great for before and after a workout, too.  It’s aroma can give you that boost you need to get motivated and through a workout.  Apply topically or diffuse it.  Then also use Peppermint in a massage after your workout.

Stay cool with Peppermint! 💚🌿 It is one of the oils in the Premium Starter Kit!

Springtime Diffuser Blend

Favorite Springtime Diffuser Blend

Springtime Diffuser Blend

Here is a great springtime diffuser blend using Lavender, Lemon, and Peppermint.  Also known as LLP, this is a favorite for MANY!  In addition to diffusing, you can also put these oils together in a roller ball bottle and apply to your temples, back of the neck, over the sinuses, wrists, and even the bottom of the feet.  Lots of great ways to use these oils together.  Just remember that Lemon is a photosensitive oil as you are applying and heading outdoors.  Lavender + Lemon + Peppermint = a HAPPY spring!!  ☀️
