Thieves Vitality can be incorporated into your daily health regimen by putting 1-2 drops in a vegetable capsule, taken everyday or as needed. Add a drop or swirl in your morning tea, juice, coffee, or NingXia Red. Even add a drop to a bowl of oatmeal or cup of warm water.

PV stands for personal volume. All the Young Living products have a personal volume associated with them. So for instance the wholesale price of a 15 ml bottle of Lavender is $23.50, so the PV is also 23.50. You will see the PV calculate on the far right when adding a product to your cart.

Cinnamon Bark essential oil
This oil is known for its spicy-sweet aroma. Perfect for making your house smell amazing. Also a common ingredient in baked goods. Cinnamon Bark supports the immune system and is a key ingredient in the Thieves oil blend. Cinnamon Bark can be taken internally and should be diluted when used topically.
Orange essential oil
Orange essential oil is one of my favorites. Who doesn’t love the fresh, sweet and citrusy smell of orange? It can lift your spirits and that is why I love diffusing it during the winter months. Thinking about diffusing Orange and Cinnamon Bark together sounds heavenly. Orange essential oil is also great to add to your water for flavor.
Nutmeg essential oil
