There are so many amazing benefits of diffusing and it is probably one of my very favorite ways to use essential oils. I start my diffuser first thing in the morning…it has just always been a part of what I do as I get going for the day. I love it!!
Did you know that some oils have longer staying power than others? I had no idea. It all depends on their notes. I could always smell Cedarwood many hours after diffusing it in my sons bedroom at night. It is one that lasts 5+ hours. 🙌
