Young Living 2017

New Year with Young Living!

Young Living 2017

I hope your 2017 is off to a great start!  Today I have some graphics to share of Young Living products that make me feel my best.  NingXia Red is amazing nutrition and I love all the benefits it provides.  If you think about the cost and time involved in juicing, I know I am actually saving money when I drink NingXia Red.

A consistent health regimen is always my goal.  If one day is made up of not so great choices, I just start with a ‘do over’ the next day.  Waking up early and getting my workout done first thing in the morning, staying hydrated (not with extra cups of coffee ❤️☕️), and trying to go to bed earlier are things I am currently focusing on.

A healthy lifestyle is a marathon, not a sprint, right?  Happy crushing of your health goals for 2017! 🎉

En-R-Gee Essential Oil!

En R Gee essential oil

Sometimes a Monday after a long holiday weekend just calls for some extra En-R-Gee.  This blend is invigorating and energizing.  En-R-Gee consists of the essential oils: Rosemary, Juniper, Lemongrass, Nutmeg, Balsam Fir, Clove, and Black Pepper.  The scent that I smell the most is the Lemongrass!  🍋 💛

Diffuse En-R-Gee or apply topically to the wrists, behind the ears, back of the neck, temples, or the bottom of the feet.  Try out one or more of these areas and see what you prefer.
