Tonight we start back to AWANA’s.  It is only during the school year and my son loves it.  He gets to go with his cousins, learns stories from the bible and works towards getting jewels on his wings. Oh and they love these little red vests they all wear.  It is super cute.  We are at the point in his book where he has to memorize the 27 books of the New Testament.  So with homework, reading and adding our AWANA’s studies…GeneYus (“Genius”) oil blend is the perfect addition to our oil regimen.

What is GeneYus?

GeneYus oil blend is one of the oils in the KidScents Oil Collection. It is pre-diluted and specifically formulated for children.  This oil is for focus and concentration of young minds.  The oils in this blend are Sacred Frankincense, Idaho Blue Spruce, Blue Cypress and Cedarwood.

How to Use

GeneYus can be applied to the wrists or the back of the neck before they head off to school.  Per the bottle label about 2-4 drops.  Dilution is not required unless you have extremely sensitive skin.  Putting 8-10 drops in a diffuser can also help encourage their focus and concentration efforts.

NingXia Red Essential Rewards

Tranquil Roll-On

We love this blend of Cedarwood, Lavender and Roman Chamomile to calm the mind and body at bedtime.  The roll-on applicator makes my life a little bit easier when my kiddos are running around being goofy and trying to avoid bedtime.

Lavender

Always a must for us because it is just such a versatile oil.  Every house needs this oil.  We love it for the skin and for its ability to be calming and relaxing.

Peace & Calming II

I was so excited to get this recently released alternative to the original Peace & Calming.  I love the scent and think it is pretty close to the original.  Diffuse or inhale for relaxation.  Diluted topical application is also great to moisturize the skin.  The oils in this blend are Tangerine, Orange, Ylang Ylang, Patchouli, German Chamomile, Vetiver, Cistus, Bergamot, Cassia, Davana, and Young Living’s exclusive Northern Lights Black Spruce essential oils.

This blend is one that is included in the KidScents Oil Collection.  School started for my 1st grader this month and my preschooler starts next month…perfect time to try out this blend.  It is recommended to diffuse for focus and concentration.

Valor Bar Soap

Trying another essential oil infused bar of soap.  Cleanse, soothe and moisturize with Rosewood, Frankincense and Blue Tansy.  The scent is really mild.

Peppermint

A 15-ml bottle of Peppermint for FREE!  Yes!  Supportive to the digestive system with an energizing scent.

Basil

This is not an oil that I have used before but knowing that it helps with mental clarity and alertness…I will have to try it out.

Longevity

I love taking these softgels and was excited to get them for free this month.  The perfect daily antioxidant support for the body systems with Thyme, Orange and Frankincense.

KidScents Oil Collection

 

The KidScents Oil Collection is a pre-diluted line of essential oil blends that are specifically formulated, in the appropriate strength, for children.  This collection has been in high demand since its launch at the Young Living convention in 2014.  Young Living has now made these oils available for purchase individually.  I have recently tried my first blend in this line, SleepyIze…and we are loving it.

GeneYus

GeneYus essential oil blend is perfect for focus and concentration of little minds as they work on projects.  Sacred Frankincense and Melissa are two of the many essential oils in this blend.

Bite Buster

Bite Buster essential oil blend contains Citronella essential oil.  At the time of this post it is also the only oil in this collection that is not available for individual purchase.  Feel free to check the Young Living site for availability.

TummyGize

TummyGize essential oil blend is a calming blend that can be applied to little tummies.  Designed to be used topically and aromatically.  This blend contains Spearmint, Peppermint, Tangerine, Fennel, Anise, Ginger and Cardamom.

Owie

Owie essential oil blend can be applied topically to a child’s skin to help change the appearance.  The essential oils in this blend are Idaho Balsam Fir, Tea Tree, Helichrysum, Elemi, Cistus, Hinoki and Clove.  This blend can be used topically and aromatically.

SniffleEase

SniffleEase essential oil is a refreshing and rejuvenating blend that is designed just for kids.  The essential oils in this blend are Eucalyptus Blue, Palo Santo, Lavender, Dorado Azul, Ravintsara, Myrtle, Eucalyptus Globulus, Marjoram, Pine, Eucalyptus Citriodora, Cypress, Eucalyptus Radiata, Black Spruce and Peppermint.  This blend can be used topically or aromatically.

SleepyIze

SleepyIze essential oil blend is great for diffusing at bedtime for little ones.  The essential oils in this blend are Lavender, Geranium, Roman Chamomile, Tangerine, Bergamot, Sacred Frankincense, Valerian and Rue.  This blend can be used topically or aromatically.

I am loving that these blends are now available individually.  It makes it nice to add one to my Essential Rewards order, without having to buy the full collection all at one time AND of course saving the 24% with the wholesale account.
