Essential oils for the skin

 

After being outside most of last week on spring break…my skin is loving these oils this week!  They are so easy to incorporate into your daily routine.

Frankincense and Lavender are two amazing essential oils to keep your skin looking great.  They are extremely versatile and can be added to moisturizers, face scrubs, face washes, and even Epsom salt baths.

I personally do not add either oil directly into my product container.  I put a drop in my hand and then my normal amount of moisturizer, face wash, etc. and mix together in my palm and apply with my fingertips.

Frankincense is uplifting and can smooth the appearance of healthy skin.  Lavender is also just as relaxing to the mind and body, as it is helpful to the skin.

These are must have essential oils and both come in the Premium Starter Kit!

Animal Scents™ Ointment is blended with Melaleuca Alternifolia and Myrrh, two of nature’s most powerful essential oils. There are many other essentials oils in this ointment…Carrot Seed Oil, Geranium Flower Oil, Patchouli Oil, Coriander Seed Oil, Idaho Balsam Fir Oil, Furanocoumarin-free Bergamot Peel Oil, Rose Hip Seed Oil, Ylang Ylang Flower Oil.

How to use Animal Scents Ointment

Animals Scents Ointment is a protective and soothing salve for external use only.  This ointment pairs well with many of the essential oils.  Apply the essential oil first so that it can be absorbed into the skin and then the ointment on top to protect.
