Essential Oils and Love

Essential Oils for Embracing LOVE! ❤️

Essential Oils and Love

Here is a great blend for boosting self-confidence.  These oils all have a calming and relaxing scent.  Put 3-4 drops of Lavender, Ylang Ylang, and Patchouli, and 1 drop of Geranium (if you like it, or it can be left out) into a roller bottle.  The rest of the bottle, fill with your favorite carrier oil.

Apply over the heart, back of the neck, or wrists.  Use as needed for a little mental break or emotional release.  Be intentional and use during times where you want to shift the mental chatter going on in your head to self-love and positive thinking.  A great blend to use along with daily affirmations.  These oils pair well together in a diffuser too!   ❤️💗💜
