Peppermint Vitality and DiGize Vitality are a helpful duo when enjoying any meal!  Peppermint is one of the oils in the DiGize Vitality blend, along with Tarragon, Ginger, Juniper, Fennel, Lemongrass, Anise, and Patchouli.  So if you want a little additional support to your Peppermint Vitality regimen, try adding DiGize Vitality.

To support wellness add 2 drops of DiGize Vitality, 1-2 drops of Peppermint Vitality, and the rest carrier oil to a vegetable capsule, before or after you eat.  Then just swallow as you would any other pill or capsule.

You can also add 2 drops DiGize Vitality and 1 drop Peppermint Vitality to a glass of water for a supportive beverage.  I personally do not mind the taste, but if you don’t love the flavor (the fennel is kind of strong) just stick with the capsules!  I ❤️ these two oils.

Our forecast here today is all rain and then turning to snow.  So since sunshine is not going to happen outside…I have Joy and Orange in the diffuser, as we try to make sunshine inside.  It smells so good!!

In addition to diffusing these oils, they can also be applied topically by making a roll-on recipe.  Put 8-10 drops of each essential oil in a roller bottle, then fill the rest of the bottle with a carrier oil.  I am loving fractionated coconut oil right now or the Young Living V6.  Apply the roll-on over the heart, wrists, and/or back of the neck. I also put a drop of Joy, neat on my wrists as a perfume!  Please Note: Joy and Orange are both photosensitive oils and should not be applied to an area that will be exposed to direct sunlight.

Being a momma or just ‘adulting’ can be really hard some days.  Joy and Orange can be uplifting and helpful in supporting a positive attitude.  If you could use some sunshine today, give this blend a try.  I promise you will love it!
