Oils like Roman Chamomile

Oils to use if you don’t have Roman Chamomile!

Oils like Roman Chamomile

There are ALWAYS other options when you are out of an essential oil.  Don’t worry if a popular oil has stock issues.  You can just look for similar properties and benefits in a reference guide.  I have found this to be so helpful in finding oils I love just as much.

If you missed Roman Chamomile while it was in stock recently, try another oil you have on hand.  Roman Chamomile is calming, relaxing, great for the skin, and commonly used with children.  You could use Frankincense, Lavender, or Bergamot as a substitute.  It is good to switch up your oils often anyways!

Roman Chamomile is also in these popular blends from Young Living…Awaken, Forgiveness, and Joy.  ❤️💜💗

Essential Oils for focus

Homework Essentials

Essential Oils for focus

Does anyone else struggle to get their kids to sit down and do homework, after being at school all day?  The struggle is REAL at our house.  We do lots of different things to make this less painful for all of us.  Some days we wait a bit after school. We plan ahead and do a bit more on some days, so that on days we have other commitments, we don’t have too much going on.  I really try to be flexible, but we also know getting it done right away, allows for extra play or decompressing time.

For some help at homework time try diffusing Clarity and Peppermint together.  There are lots of other combinations that are helpful too, like…Frankincense + Lavender + Cedarwood.

Essential Oils for Focus

Some days we even just diffuse Joy or Stress Away because our attitudes just need a small shift and then the focus is there. 🙈 Creating an environment where learning is fun can be hard after so many hours at school and essential oils just seem to make it a little bit better. ❤️🍃📚

Many of these oils are part of the Premium Starter Kit!  Check it out, here!
