Summer and being outdoors, especially while kids are active in sports…always has me keeping my oils close by. I have so many scenarios where they have really helped out my boys and even a teammate. Young Living products are great before, after and sometimes during a game. My essential oils have always giving me that peace of mind, that I have something to help right away. We have a few oily moms on one of our baseball teams and I love that we all know which oils to grab or who has them!
So much of the game is mental, right? I love that essential oils can support these big emotions too. It takes courage and bravery to get out there and perform at your best for yourself and your team. The fear on the pitching mound (and the parent in the bleacher seats 🤦🏻♀️) can be real at times. Some of my favorite oils for emotional support are Valor and White Angelica. Positive thoughts and energy make a huge difference in all things!!

Geranium
This is one of my favorite oils!! I love to apply Geranium over my abdomen and use it to exfoliate under my arms, so my natural deodorant works best! Geranium is even helpful after swimming in chlorine. Just add to your shampoo or apply to the bottom of your feet! 🙌 Don’t miss this oil for FREE!!!
Patchouli
Honesty here, I never used to like the smell of Patchouli AT ALL. Young Living’s Patchouli. So different. I love it!! The oil works magic on the skin, helping the appearance of fine lines. Need some support for emotions that may be all over the place…PATCHOULI! This oil is even calming for nighttime, just add a drop to the back or sides of the neck.
Lavender – ER Exclusive
If you have been around for a while you know that Lavender is an adaptogen. It can help the body adapt to things going on in its environment and help reduce stress! Forever known as the swiss army knife of oils! Carry it with you at all times and use it for ALL THE THINGS!!
This is a member favorite product. An excellent toothpaste with spearmint, clove, lemon, cinnamon bark and rosemary. Adding Orange on top adds whitening power for your teeth! This toothpaste does not contain fluoride. Please take a quick minute on google to learn more about fluoride. We do not want it in our mouths, I promise!
