Oils to use instead of Dragon Time

Oils to use if you don’t have Dragon Time!

Oils to use instead of Dragon Time

At the moment Dragon Time is in stock.  It is a really popular blend and at times goes out of stock.  No worries if you don’t have Dragon Time, try combining 3 or more of these oils: Mister, Bergamot, Endoflex, Clary Sage, Lavender, Joy, Ylang Ylang, or Marjoram.

Always use what oils you have and these alternatives combined can be just as helpful.  They could be combined in a roller ball bottle with a little bit of carrier oil or apply one at a time.  Many of these oils can be diffused together as well.  They may help calm you during monthly cycles of feeling unbalanced. 💗

Essential oils for nerves

Essential Oils for the Nervous Nelly!

Essential oils for nerves

For the ‘Nervous Nelly’ there are a lot of great Young Living oils!  I love using my essential oils for their calming and grounding properties.  Stress Away, Bergamot, Cedarwood, Lavender, Frankincense, Peace & Calming II, Valor II, Grounding, or Vetiver…are all good choices.   Apply a drop to the wrists, back of the neck, top of shoulders, bottom of the feet, or even just breathe in the aroma directly from the bottle.  Perfect for those of us that sometimes need the grounding! 😊 ❤️
