Here are all the secrets of getting the most out of diffusing your essential oils!  There are so many amazing benefits of diffusing and it is probably one of my very favorite ways to use essential oils.  I start my diffuser first thing in the morning…it has just always been a part of what I do as I get going for the day. I love it!!

Did you know that some oils have longer staying power than others? I had no idea. It all depends on their notes.  I could always smell Cedarwood many hours after diffusing it in my sons bedroom at night.  It is one that lasts 5+ hours. 🙌
