Essential Oils and Sports

Summer and being outdoors, especially while kids are active in sports…always has me keeping my oils close by. I have so many scenarios where they have really helped out my boys and even a teammate. Young Living products are great before, after and sometimes during a game. My essential oils have always giving me that peace of mind, that I have something to help right away. We have a few oily moms on one of our baseball teams and I love that we all know which oils to grab or who has them!

So much of the game is mental, right? I love that essential oils can support these big emotions too. It takes courage and bravery to get out there and perform at your best for yourself and your team. The fear on the pitching mound (and the parent in the bleacher seats 🤦🏻‍♀️) can be real at times. Some of my favorite oils for emotional support are Valor and White Angelica. Positive thoughts and energy make a huge difference in all things!!
